Processing times

All orders are packed and dispatched from the UK.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). During busy periods or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer - I'll always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

🇨🇭Switzerland shipping 

Switzerland shipping: CHF 16.50

Delivery times typically range from 2-11 business days. 

Import VAT / duties (EU & International)

UK orders: no import fees.

EU/International orders: import VAT/duties + a handling fee may be charged on delivery by your local customs/carrier. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping and are the buyer’s responsibility.

🇨🇭Switzerland orders: Orders to Switzerland may be subject to local import taxes and handling fees on delivery. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid fees and returned, any refund will exclude original shipping/return costs.

 

Packaging

All records are packed carefully in sturdy, purpose-made LP mailers to ensure they arrive safely.

Where appropriate, records may be shipped outside of the sleeve to prevent seam splits.

 

Dispatch Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
